They had my vehicle ready 3 hours before my appointment! I dropped it off in the morning for a 3:30pm appointment and they called me before I had to go to work. This saved me the trouble of picking it up the next day

Came in on January 9th to get an oil change and tire rotation, on 2018 Chevy Cruz. The job was done perfect. However, I was charged $540.00 for a $79.95 oil change. I, have discussed the matter with the Finance Department, and they are working to resolve the matter. A little disappointed because have always had great services.

Had a service appt at 7:30a on 7 Jan 25. Service appt was perfect. However, while waiting for services to complete, I went to the Parts desk at approximately 8:10a. There was no one at the desk, I then asked the receptionist right outside the parts department door…..she said ring the bell. I rung the bell and stood there for about 3-4 minutes, no one came! So, I took a break, walked back to the waiting room and grabbed my coffee. I went back to the parts desk, rung the bell again……waited 3-4 minutes…..no one came. Wondering why no one was manning the desk…..I rung the bell a 3rd time. Waited approximately 2-3 minutes when a gentlemen entered roughly from the side door, and he said to me, “I’ll be right here!” He then turned and walked back through the door towards the Service area. Never even asked what I needed, apologized for my standing there, anything! Not sure what to say, other than…….UNACCEPTABLE! I am sorry that my customer needs are getting in the way of……whatever he was doing! Willis Cheverolet…….please talk to this gentlemen! I like using your facility for my Suburban and Colorado…..I do not like getting treated this way! Please let me know if I can further explain or advise. Thanks, Great Day! I brought my car in for already a service. I just bought my Buick envision 2 mths ago & I’ve been hearing a screeching noise in reverse now everyday. The dealership service has no idea what it is & gave some ridiculous excuses that maybe it’s the metals w/ new car???? I asked if anyone else had had this issue & the answer is nooooo! Not only that they proceeded to give me a diagnostic fee? I will never buy a Buick or go tho your dealership for a car & I will be telling as many people I can my experience

I had an oil change and tire rotation done, after I left I got a message on my dashboard It read SERVICE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM. I immediately checked the tire pressure and found 34 psi in all tires. I suspect that when the tech did the rotation he damaged one of the sensors or the computer. This is the second time I have had an issue with the service the last time was when the tech failed to tighten the oil plug and I lost a good amount of oil. By the way the vehicle only has less that 31,000 miles on it and it is a 2018 Silverado. I will be calling on Monday to get this fixed
