I brought my car in for already a service. I just bought my Buick envision 2 mths ago & I’ve been hearing a screeching noise in reverse now everyday. The dealership service has no idea what it is & gave some ridiculous excuses that maybe it’s the metals w/ new car???? I asked if anyone else had had this issue & the answer is nooooo! Not only that they proceeded to give me a diagnostic fee? I will never buy a Buick or go tho your dealership for a car & I will be telling as many people I can my experience
