Confirmed Service Customer
Had a service appt at 7:30a on 7 Jan 25. Service appt was perfect. However, while waiting for services to complete, I went to the Parts desk at approximately 8:10a. There was no one at the desk, I then asked the receptionist right outside the parts department door…..she said ring the bell. I rung the bell and stood there for about 3-4 minutes, no one came! So, I took a break, walked back to the waiting room and grabbed my coffee. I went back to the parts desk, rung the bell again……waited 3-4 minutes…..no one came. Wondering why no one was manning the desk…..I rung the bell a 3rd time. Waited approximately 2-3 minutes when a gentlemen entered roughly from the side door, and he said to me, “I’ll be right here!” He then turned and walked back through the door towards the Service area. Never even asked what I needed, apologized for my standing there, anything! Not sure what to say, other than…….UNACCEPTABLE! I am sorry that my customer needs are getting in the way of……whatever he was doing! Willis Cheverolet…….please talk to this gentlemen! I like using your facility for my Suburban and Colorado…..I do not like getting treated this way! Please let me know if I can further explain or advise. Thanks, Great Day!
