Confirmed Service Customer
As always or should I say, as usual, I called and made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced to include tire rotation. Due to my full schedule, Willis Chevrolet came and picked up my vehicle and returned it to me the same day. This is a convenience that is offered by Willis, but not by other dealerships. No Costs!!! The vehicle was serviced fully and returned without question. My service manager/writer, Ron Dupuis continues to go out of his way to ensure my vehicle is repaired and to further assist me due to my full schedule. As in the past, any repairs were made without follow up. Later, the next week, my vehicle developed a problem with the tire sensors malfunctioning. I stopped by Willis Chevrolet due to being in the area, discussing the problem in detail. Immediately, Ron stated that he could have the wheel sensors repaired/replaced while I wait. Due to living in MD., I was shocked and anticipated that I would have to make an appointment in the future. To no avail, the tire sensors were replaced and I was on my way within the hour. This is what is best described as "customer Service". As in the past, I have been and will continue to be treated as family. Thank you Ron and the Willis Family!
