Ron from service was exceptional at explaining the pros and cons of some work I was having completed on my Tahoe. Very informative, practical and greatly added to what I was missing in the vehicle past service history as the vehicle is new to me.

Service was great for finding the noise in the steering column. But still can't find the grinding noise in the drivetrain witch the vehicle been in for 6 or 7 times and GM don't want to deal with it.
